Customers often tell us the other company they had out trying sell them a styro-foam 2 or 3 season patio enclosure warned them they would fry from the heat in a glass room, the birds would zero in on it and the roof would always be covered with dirt.

Who would clean it?
Our competitors think price sells. We think quality sells. They don't carry the glass we use because they don't need it for a 2 or 3 season room. They figure you won't be using it all year around, why bother. Plus they wouldn't be able to sell enough of it to get a good price from their manufacturer.

What is KleenCoat II?
Roof cleaning system is our permanent exterior glass finish that makes rain water sheet off rather than bead up; this sheeting carries dirt away. Low profile muntins (structural dividers in the glass roof) keep the water from backing up to create puddles that collect dirt.

What about hail and golf balls?
We have yet to have anyone call us to say they have lost glass from hail or golf balls. If you get hail the size of baseballs, I don't think it matters what's out there. You'll pay your deductible to your insurance company and they will replace your roof and sunroom glass.

What will I get on appraisal?
It varies from city-to-city, but according to the manufacturer, at minimum you should get at least 75% back with one of our rooms. In most situations, you should get what ever your house appraises for per square foot.

Do I need new concrete or a real foundation?
Yes. The reason being your existing slab doesn't meet building codes, is NOT level and has cracks in it that will bother you for years to see it inside your new sunroom. Patio enclosure people will tell you it is okay like it is because price sells and their styro-foam system will not handle enough load to require a foundation. They give you NO warranty building on your existing concrete! If it settles or moves, sorry.
We install a new foundation engineered to fit your sunroom.

Can I use my existing deck for a sunroom on a second story or a sloped grade?
Half the time if it was built well we can modify it to work. If the time and expense to modify it costs more than building a new one, you'll get a new one. Most of our decks go up in 1 day. To modify yours may take 3 days. We are not in the deck business, but we want to this right the first time.
We use modural structural insulated floor systems for your sunroom with an R value of 25. Lower labor costs, higher quality control and better performance.
